I'm obsessed with She & Him. Zooey Deschanel's vintagey, pleasant voice + Matthew Wards's guitar genius = the perfect indie music marriage. (Side note: Zooey's married to Death Cab for Cutie/Postal Service frontman Ben Gibbard in real life.) She & Him's second album, "Volume Two" (recently released) is quite splendid and all, but I recently discovered m. ward's solo work on his album "Transistor Radio." Listen to "Here Comes the Sun Again". I can't stop listening to it.
